Terms of Service

These terms govern the Avatar Star website and multiplayer browser game operated by AvatarStar-Web. Please read them before creating an account or playing. Contact: [email protected].

1. The service

Avatar Star is a colorful 3D multiplayer third-person shooter. You can sign in, choose an available server and use your game account to maintain characters and progress between sessions. We operate and update the service, including its game modes, features and content. Planned maintenance or material changes affecting access or saved progress will be explained through the website or our community channels when reasonably practicable.

2. Accounts and access

Use your own account or one you are authorized to use. Keep credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Google and locally registered accounts use the Launcher; registration is available only while enabled. The CG version uses CrazyGames sign-in. These sign-in methods may create separate game accounts; automatic account merging is not promised. Meet the applicable age requirements and obtain a parent or guardian's permission when required by law.

3. Fair use and conduct

Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt servers, impersonate others, misuse another person's information, or send unlawful or abusive content. Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions or access data without authorization. Report security issues privately using our contact email.

4. Content and third-party services

Rights in the game, software, artwork, names and other materials remain with their respective rights holders. Access to the game does not transfer ownership of those materials. Submit only content you have the right to share; we process it as necessary to operate the feature you use. Google, CrazyGames and Discord are separate services with their own terms. Using their login or links does not imply that they endorse or operate AvatarStar-Web.

5. Moderation and service changes

We may restrict access to address abuse, account compromise, unlawful activity or maintenance. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us about it. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion under our Privacy Policy. Signing out alone does not delete your account.

6. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the service available and preserve saved account progress. Maintenance, technical faults, network issues or events outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Contact us if you experience an account or progress issue so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Questions, complaints and account issues can be sent to [email protected].

7. Updates

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through this website or the community channel as appropriate; additional agreement will be requested where required. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and privacy requests.

请使用您自己的账号或获得授权的账号，妥善保护凭证，发现未经授权的访问时及时联系我们。Google 和自行注册账号通过 Launcher 登录，注册仅在开关开放时可用；CG 版本使用 CrazyGames 登录。不同登录方式可能创建独立游戏账号，不承诺自动合并。请满足适用年龄要求，并在法律要求时取得监护人同意。

3. 公平使用与行为规范

不得作弊、利用漏洞、干扰服务器、冒充他人、滥用他人信息，或发布违法及辱骂内容。不得绕过账号限制或未经授权访问数据。发现安全问题请通过联系邮箱私下反馈。

4. 内容与第三方服务

游戏、软件、美术、名称及其他素材的权利归各自权利人所有，使用游戏不意味着取得这些素材的所有权。请仅提交您有权分享的内容；我们会为提供您使用的功能进行必要处理。Google、CrazyGames 和 Discord 是独立服务，各有其服务条款；使用其登录功能或链接不代表其为 AvatarStar-Web 背书或运营本游戏。

5. 管理与服务调整

为处理滥用、账号被盗、违法行为或维护需要，我们可能限制访问。在适当情况下，我们会说明限制原因，并允许您联系我们反馈。您可随时停止使用服务，并按隐私政策申请删除账号。仅退出登录不会删除账号。

6. 可用性与您的权利

我们努力保持服务可用并保存账号进度。维护、技术故障、网络问题或超出合理控制范围的事件可能造成访问中断，因此无法保证服务始终不中断或完全没有错误。遇到账号或进度问题时，请联系我们调查处理。本条款不排除适用法律不允许排除的权利或救济。问题、投诉及账号事项请联系 [email protected]。
